Molecular characterization and expression of CD96 in red seabream (Pagrus major)

چکیده

CD96 is a membrane-bound receptor discovered in humans 1992 that mainly present natural killer cells and T derived from haematopoietic performs immune functions. Based on the sequence of obtained red seabream (Pagrus major), phylogenetic analysis with other species, infections normal fish, Streptococcus iniae sea bream iridovirus (RSIV), expression was conducted using real-time polymerase chain reaction. Phylogenetic showed highest homology Sparus aurata, multiple confirmed conservation major domains between different fish species. Normal high results were head kidney, spleen, which are organs fish. High levels gills, liver, kidney day three after RSIV infection. After S. infection, gills liver one, spleen 12 hours. These show PmCD96 functions as an gene P. considered basic research case for fish’s hematopoietic organ system.

External Morphological Development of Post-larvae and Juveniles of Red Seabream, Pagrus major

On the 15 days after hatching, the larvae was 4.24-5.10 mm (mean 4.66±2.18 mm) in total length, and the fins of the membrane started to develop into a fan shape and the melanophore was deposited upper the alimentary canal of the abdomen and on the bladder. At 35 days after hatching, the post-larvae formed a branch-shaped melanophore on the head part with a total length of 6.98-12.5 (mean 9.35±1...

Extra- and intra-cellular ice formation of red seabream (Pagrus major) embryos at different cooling rates.

The ice crystal formation is assumed as the most lethal factor for the failure of fish embryo cryopreservation and intracellular ice formation (IIF) plays a central role in cell injury during cooling. The objectives were to observe the morphological changes of red seabream (Pagrus major) embryo during the cooling-thawing process, and to examine the effect of cryoprotectant and cooling rate on t...

Transient and Stable GFP Expression in Germ Cells by the vasa Regulatory Sequences from the Red Seabream (Pagrus major)

Primordial germ cells (PGCs) are the precursors of gametes responsible for genetic transmission to the next generation. They provide an ideal system for cryopreservation and restoration of biodiversity. Recently, considerable attention has been raised to visualize, isolate and transplant PGCs within and between species. In fish, stable PGC visualization in live embryo and individual has been li...

Rapid communication: nucleotide sequence of red seabream, Pagrus major, beta-actin cDNA.

Name of the Sequence. Red seabream β-actin cDNA. Genus and Species. Pagrus major. Origin of Clone. Total RNA was isolated from ovary of red seabream. Poly(A)+ RNA was purified using an Oligotex-dT30 (Super) mRNA purification kit (Takara, Japan). Double-stranded complementary DNA synthesis was carried out using a TimeSaver cDNA synthesis kit (Pharmacia Biotech, Uppsala, Sweden). The cDNA library...

The effect of food deprivation on the fatty acid and lipid profile of red seabream (Pagrus major) larvae.

Under conditions of food deprivation the lipid fraction of red seabream (Pagrus major) larvae shows patterns of conservation or loss in the profile of fatty acids and lipids. These changes were used for qualitative formulation of the dietary requirements of this species. Red seabream larvae were deprived of food for 5 d after hatching. Their lipid was extracted, weighed and analysed by gas-liqu...
